Our messaging, and how we design our collections, will always be rooted in and bound by Anne's original mission: To put our customer first, and make her life easier by being her go-to resource for wardrobe, her style and her life, this is the backdrop of everything we do and includes ensuring we provide an experience that is inclusive to all and leaves no one behind.

To accomplish this, the Company has partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to administer its accessibility program and oversee its governance. The accessibility program evaluates and audits the Company’s digital products on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies. The platform, moreover, goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading. The application is free to download and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more.
